XiPhone 12 Update

This weekend iPhone released version 12.0. Many of you may have downloaded it already so I thought I’d share the highlights:

Faster!- Many of the daily functions like opening your camera, launching an app or typing have been engineered to be way faster than before. This is great because those picture-moments are fleeting!

Improved Notifications- If you’re like me and have WhatsApp or other group messaging apps, you get inundated with notifications. This latest update will group the notifications for the apps so you don’t have to scroll through the conversation history to know that things have been happening.

FaceTime and Messages- Emojis, filters, animojis (yep- animated emojis, we just can’t get enough of cave-man style messaging) and other fun things.

Battery Transparency- Apple is giving you a better look at what apps are draining your battery the most. For those of you tethered to your chargers this is a step in the right direction.

Better Parenting Options- You can better see and control how your kids are using their phones. Not having kids I didn't dive too deep into this one...
